Epic effort. Loving the different styles and compisitions throughout. Well done.

Thank you! Haven't heard from your end in a while, how's life?

Well, I will be a daddy in 2 months (me and the wife are having a baby girl) So that takes up a lot of my time and emotional energy.

Really looking forward to it though, but I haven't done anything artistic in an age, and I plan to remedy that with my forthcoming time off.

So yeah, life is sweet. You?

Oh my gosh, congratulations! I'm sure you'll be a wonderful father; You're so creative, and a little girl will be your most wonderful creation yet. I hope the adventure is fun. :)

I've been doing good, just finished applying to colleges, and now I'm just playing the waiting game. Life is so close I can almost taste it, and I'm about to buy my first car to boot. Feels good to bathe in the freedom.

Wow, you must be excited. I remember heading off to university and you are totally right, thast is when life truly begins. Keep being yourself and you will have an awesome fulfilling time.

By the way, I have to say, your most recent works have been utterly stunning. Sprawling, highly detailed and visually arresting. Some of the most beautiful things I've seen on DA in a good while. Make some prints available. You have brilliant skills in different mediums, you shold be proud. All the best with what will be a quite awesome future!

Yeah, it's hard to keep myself from wondering what college is going to be like, since I know the more I wonder, the further from reality I'll get. Thank you so much for all the comments and favorites, it's great to feel a little extra worth as I wait for my college verdict letters. Just like you, I've been feeling artistically demotivated lately in lieu of pressures and distractions on other areas of life, and it feels good to make work with a purpose, for someone other than myself. Sometimes it's easy to let your standards waver when you've got no one to impress but your own eyes. It's good to hear you're happy and are looking towards such a bright horizon. I can't wait to see your upcoming works!
